Principal

The founding principal is Frances Roberts, a communications professional with over 25 years experience in the field. Much of her expertise is demonstrated with clients in E-health, healthcare, financial, marketing, high tech and media industries. Her expertise provides solutions, leadership and creativity -- attributes that uniquely set her company apart for its seasoned approach to communications.

Frances was a media professional in broadcasting, working as a writer and producer at BBC, CBC and Global television.

She held senior management roles in corporate communications within CIBC and Visa; as Director of Communications with Microforum, a high tech and software company; in Public Affairs with the Ontario government, and the federal government's foundation, Canada Health Infoway.

She has received awards of excellence for her teamwork from CIBC and Canada Health Infoway, and documentary making from the Birmingham International Festival of Educational Films.

Frances is a dedicated volunteer, she is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and Chair of the Alliance of Independent Practitioners (AIP), which is motivated towards supporting independent IABC/Toronto communicators through professional development, networking and marketing.
